LE JARDIN DE FLEUR TO WIN HIGHLY PRESTIGIOUS PROPERTY AWARD

Property Logic, the developer behind Le Jardin de Fleur Beach & Golf Resort in Mediterrania Saïdia, Morocco, is one of the winners of the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007 . The awards will be presented in October.

Le Jardin de Fleur consists of eleven beach and golf resorts with villas and condominiums, each with their own amenities. The resorts are located within the Mediterrania Saïdia coastal development -aka as Morocco’s Cote d’Azur and include a marina, 6 km of white sandy beaches, beach clubs, shopping centres and golf courses.

I was recommended to use sirocco, but preferred to look myself the first time.
I spent a lot of time looking at some very good forums about Moroccan property.
I am still cautious about buying property off-plan. Architects and interior designers may be able to visualise virtual real estate, but not me

Friends have bought property in Asilah, both in the old town and in a resort 

Asilah is located 42 km southeast of Tangier on the Atlantic coast. The town is enclosed by defensive walls that were erected in the 15th century. There are extensive beaches and a natural harbor on the northwest side of the town.

There are beach resorts to the north of Asilah  The coastal area is in the Mediterranean climate zone bringing mild wet winters and dry warm summers, though there is more rainfall than in other Mediterranean areas.

We decided to look for ourselves, rather than take a morocco property viewing trip, though we may do this in future. As we were already in Spain (costa del sol) it took just an hours drive on the excellent highway to reach Tarifa. Booking was straightforward and boats leave many times a day.
